Stayed here after I decided to wait out a snow storm after a work meeting. Really nice hotel and great staff. The general manager James was really kind and accommodating. Provided me with some complimentary water, and let me borrow his snow brush when I left the next day. The hotel store was very convenient for what I needed and reasonably priced. They also gave me free toothpaste. Really nice breakfast spread, and I appreciate the 12pm check out. Though I did have housekeeping knock on my door at 11 am before I left, and my key stopped working before noon. Those are my only complaints.
Booked a hotel room block at this Holiday Inn for my wedding this past Saturday and the team here was incredibly helpful! Rooms were clean, room block discount was a good price, free breakfast, and they offered a shuttle free with a number of rooms booked! Our friends and family really appreciated having a place to congregate after the wedding.
This hotel is great. Always come here when I come to Michigan. Free breakfast in the morning starts my day. Rooms and service is great. Will definitely be back soon.
Clean well kept location, front desk staff was kind polite and helpful, they offered me somw water when I arrived. The room was clean and I found no issues other then the coffee machine was gone. Not sure if this a new thing for Holiday inn expresses. There is a pool, fitness center, and a sundries shop onsite.
Excellent stay in a great location! The hotel is perfectly situated in a convenient and pleasant area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The entire property was spotless, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. The staff stood out for their warmth and professionalism, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
I travel a lot for work and a few times for pleasure. My experience here was consistently wonderful. Helpful, friendly, knowledge, and personable staff. Comfortable, clean, and stylish rooms. I look forward to staying here again next time I find myself in this part of Michigan. "Z", the breakfast attended was joyful, attentive, and most lovely to be greeted by on my morning stagger to the coffee machine. Five stars all the way *this place would be the standard for all IHG to achieve*
Booked a room for an overnight trip to Michigan. The hotel room was very clean and organized. Breakfast was included with our room, and May was super helpful in the morning with everything. A great experience, the hotel was budget friendly also.
The staff was very friendly! Very very clean too! I always saw someone working cleaning. The hotel lobby was decorated for Halloween so cute! Very inviting and they even give water bottles when you check in which I have never had happen!
